By accessing TX200's website and any associated services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. All TX200 services are provided for entertainment purposes only. TX200 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

These Terms & Conditions were originally written in Bengali. In the event of any inconsistency arising from translation, the English version shall prevail. Continued use of the TX200 platform constitutes your acceptance of the latest Terms & Conditions.

To create an account on TX200, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, and online gaming must be legal under the laws of your country of residence.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering with TX200. Accounts created using false details will be closed.
• Each individual may hold only one TX200 account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all balances and bonuses across those accounts may be forfeited.
• TX200 may request a copy of your National ID or passport at any time for KYC verification purposes.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. TX200 is not liable for any unauthorised use of your account.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on TX200:

Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used on TX200. Transacting via another person's mobile wallet or bank account is strictly prohibited. TX200 may request additional verification for suspicious transactions and reserves the right to place a hold on such transactions where necessary.

TX200 offers a variety of bonuses, each with its own wagering requirements and validity period. Please read the full terms of any bonus carefully before claiming it.

• The TX200 Welcome Bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they only become withdrawable once the required wagering has been completed.
• TX200 bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. If wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• If a member attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times, TX200 may revoke that account's bonus privileges.
• TX200 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

All betting activity on TX200 is governed by the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed on TX200, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless TX200 itself voids it due to a technical issue.
• If a match or event is cancelled, TX200 will refund the stake for that bet, provided the match had not reached 50% of its scheduled duration.
• Odds at TX200 are subject to change at any time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• TX200 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Placing bets in the same direction across multiple accounts on the same event may be investigated by TX200 on suspicion of match-fixing.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on TX200 and may result in permanent account closure:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to bet or play on TX200.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in TX200's system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the TX200 platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward TX200 staff.
• Using another person's account or payment details to conduct transactions on TX200.

TX200 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification fails or registration is found to have been completed using false information.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (typically 18 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Prior to account closure, TX200 will attempt to return any remaining valid balance to the user's registered payment method, unless the balance is linked to suspicious activity.

TX200 services are provided on an "as is" basis. TX200 is not liable for the following:

• Missing a match or game due to internet connectivity issues.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment systems.
• Service outages caused by unexpected technical failures.
• If a user's password or account details are compromised due to their own negligence.

TX200 always strives to deliver the highest quality of service. In the event of a service disruption due to technical limitations, TX200 will endeavour to provide fair compensation.

TX200 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, TX200 will notify members via email or in-app notification at least 7 days in advance. Minor editorial changes may be applied without prior notice.

Continued use of TX200 services constitutes your acceptance of the latest Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the updated terms, please request account closure.
